We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‐cycle recruitment across our global locations. Partnering closely with the Global HR team and business leaders, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent while helping to shape a consistent, inclusive, and high‐quality candidate experience.

What you'll do:
- Manage end‐to‐end recruitment across multiple regions and time zones, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with Global HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead global university recruitment initiatives, including campus engagement, internship and early‐career programmes, and diverse early talent pipelines.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and university partnership activities, both virtually and in person as required.
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future‐focused roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent communities.
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and professional candidate experience across all regions.
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws and global recruitment best practice.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time‐to‐fill, quality of hire, and university hiring outcomes, and provide data‐led insights.
- Support broader Global HR initiatives, process improvements, onboarding activity, and employer branding projects as capacity allows.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including global or multi‐regional recruitment.
- Proven experience managing full‐cycle recruitment across diverse functions and geographies.
- Experience leading or supporting university recruitment, early‐career hiring, campus engagement, or internship programmes.
- Strong understanding of international hiring practices and recruitment compliance considerations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing capability and experience using modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Outstanding communication, organisation, judgement, and prioritisation skills.
- A collaborative, team‐focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced global environment.
