We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner & Head of Reward to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the UK people strategy across multiple business units, while leading the Reward & Benefits agenda end-to-end. This influential leadership position supports commercial professional services workforce and partners directly with senior executives to drive organisational performance, capability, and cultural excellence.
About the Role
As a key member of our UK HR leadership team, you will act as a strategic adviser, change leader, and trusted partner to senior Directors. You will lead the development and delivery of people initiatives that enable business growth, enhance organisational design, and create a high-performance culture across the UK and Ireland. In parallel, you will own the full Reward & Benefits strategy — from design through to delivery — ensuring our offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- HR Business Partnering
- Partner with senior business leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to commercial priorities.
- Provide thought leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead engagement initiatives across dedicated business units.
- Guide senior leaders through organisational change, transformation, and growth activities including M&A.
- Act as a trusted adviser on complex people and organisational challenges.
- Reward & Benefits Leadership
- Design and deliver the UK reward strategy, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and clarity.
- Lead annual salary review, bonus cycles, and profit-share processes.
- Manage all benefit renewals, supplier relationships, and platform performance to maximise employee experience.
- Operational Excellence & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal governance.
- Partner closely with HR Operations to maintain high-quality, consistent service delivery.
- Provide HR metrics, reward analytics, and workforce insights to drive decision-making.
- Promote a collaborative, solutions-focused culture across the HR function.
- TUPE & M&A
- Lead HR due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and divestments.
- Oversee end-to-end TUPE processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee transition.
- Develop post-deal integration plans supporting organisational design, talent retention, and cultural alignment.
- Advise senior stakeholders on people-related opportunities and risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.
About You
You will be a highly credible HR professional with experience operating in complex, matrixed, high-performance environments — ideally within professional services. You bring:
- Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner.
- Proven expertise in delivering Reward & Benefits strategy, including incentive design and benefit renewals.
- Strong transformation, organisational change and ER experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical capability.
- Ability to coach senior leaders and foster high-performance cultures.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex strategy into clear, engaging messaging.
- Experience with SuccessFactors (advantageous).
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (preferred).
