Our Crone Corkill team have built their reputation on connecting London's top Business Support professionals with their perfect role since 1979. We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Crone Corkill team. You’ll join our team in London where we work Mon – Wed in office and Thu and Fri from home.

This role is a unique opportunity to join our Business Support division with a focus on permanent roles such as Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Secretaries.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with clients and candidates to connect people with the perfect opportunity. You will:

  • Take ownership of business development activity for your desk, approaching clients for the first time or by working with existing clients to expand our scope of service.
  • Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face visits and regular engagement.
  • Source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into permanent roles.
  • Work with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.

About You

We’re looking for a people person who can demonstrate:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relationship driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset.
