A highly regarded international executive search firm is looking for a Project Manager to join its collaborative Higher Education practice based in London. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting senior consultants and leadership teams across executive search assignments from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, delivering exceptional administrative, organisational and client support throughout the search process.

The role will include:

  • Complex diary and meeting management for senior consultants
  • Coordinating interviews, meetings and candidate logistics across multiple time zones
  • Managing search administration including proofreading, formatting and preparing documents and presentations
  • Supporting project coordination from engagement through to placement
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates
  • Assisting with reporting, database management and project tracking
  • Supporting wider business development and team coordination activities
