A prestigious global investment firm is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to join its London office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This position will provide direct administrative and organisational support to a team of professionals within the Real Estate investment group.
With over $30 billion in assets under management, the firm is a leading global alternative asset manager, investing across public and private markets. The platform includes hedge funds, private credit, CLOs, and a dedicated real estate strategy focused on opportunistic and thematic investing across North America and Europe. Headquartered in New York, the firm maintains eight global offices including London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Dubai.
- Arrange complex, multi-leg travel itineraries across time zones
- Handle phone coverage and gatekeeping responsibilities
- Maintain contacts and interaction records using Outlook and Salesforce
- Maintain databases (CorpAxe) and assist with CRM updates
- Coordinate video and conference calls
- Track team holiday and time-off schedules
- Support on ad hoc administrative and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial services, preferably supporting investment professionals
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience coordinating international travel; flexibility to assist during evenings/weekends as needed
