As Knowledge & Insights Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming data, research and market information into meaningful insights that support business growth and decision-making. Collaborating closely with recruiters and senior stakeholders, you'll manage and enhance business intelligence, maintain accurate market information and provide valuable insight into candidates, clients and industry trends. Your ability to analyse information, identify opportunities and communicate findings clearly will help shape strategy and improve performance across the business. Alongside the analytical side of the role, you'll provide high-quality operational support by preparing client materials, managing communications, coordinating meetings and ensuring teams have the information and resources they need to succeed. You Will Be:

  • A naturally analytical thinker who enjoys researching, interpreting data and creating meaningful insights.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing databases, market intelligence and information systems.
  • Confident preparing reports, presentations and professional communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in a knowledge management, research, operations, executive support or business intelligence role, ideally within executive search.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality results in a demanding environment.
  • Initiative-taking, curious and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and add value.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and wants to grow with the business long term.

You will ideally have prior solid experience in a global professional services, research, operations or knowledge-focused role, supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex information. Experience within executive search, professional services or a similar environment would be advantageous.
