We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Junior PA & Events Assistant to join a leading corporate and financial communications consultancy. This is a varied role combining administrative support, office coordination, and hands-on involvement in the planning and delivery of both internal and external events.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience in PA, team support, or events who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys balancing operational detail with creative event execution.
What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and meeting support, including diary coordination, venue bookings, monitoring media coverage, document formatting, and assisting with regulatory announcements (training provided).
- Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate catering and logistics, and provide light EA cover when required.
- Assist with planning and delivering corporate events, managing guestlists and communications, liaising with venues and suppliers, supporting on-site delivery, and working closely with marketing and design teams to produce materials. Some events may take place outside core working hours (overtime paid).
- Support office operations, ensuring the workspace is organised, well-stocked, and welcoming, acting as a key point of contact for administrative support.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or Events role, ideally within a corporate, communications, or professional services environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage high workloads and tight deadlines are essential.
- Confidence, detail-focused, personable, and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- A genuine interest in delivering high-quality events and maintaining smooth office operations.
