Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Responding to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries

- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for use
- Supporting the arrangement of refreshments and catering for meetings and events
