The Role
An experienced Executive Assistant is required to support the CRO in a dynamic commercial environment. This is a senior support role focused on ensuring the CRO’s time, priorities and commercial activity are managed efficiently. You will act as a true partner, helping drive momentum across revenue-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Acting as gatekeeper for commercial meetings and partnerships
- Preparing meeting briefs, presentations and commercial materials
- Supporting revenue meetings with preparation and follow-ups
- Tracking actions, key accounts and pipeline activity
- Coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Managing travel and logistics
- Proactively identifying and removing bottlenecks
Candidate Profile
- 6–8+ years’ experience supporting a CRO or C-suite executive
- Experience in fast-paced, commercial or high-growth environments
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident preparing presentations and written communications
