We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Crone Corkill at a genuinely exciting point in our journey. Based in our London office (with a flexible hybrid model: Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri from home), this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a Business Support permanent desk, specialising in high-quality placements across Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Secretarial roles. With strong brand recognition already in place, you’ll have the platform to build, shape, and grow your own desk, combining business development with relationship-led delivery in a competitive but opportunity-rich market.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with clients and candidates to connect people with the perfect opportunity. You will source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into permanent roles, working with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.

Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential. A relationship-driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset, alongside proven ability in business development, including generating new opportunities, growing existing client partnerships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions is required.
