A growing boutique executive search firm is looking to hire an Office & Team Coordinator to support its close-knit and high-performing team in Central London. The business has experienced significant growth over the last 12 months, doubling in size and recently moving into impressive new offices in the West End. With continued expansion and a strong pipeline of successful search work, they are now looking for an additional person to join the team in a varied, hands-on role.

This position will work closely with Partners, Consultants and Associates, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also assisting across operations, internal coordination and search administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and acting as the face of the office
  • Office management and day-to-day coordination
  • Supporting internal meetings and team logistics
  • Assisting with search administration and project coordination
  • Updating reports, presentations and pitch materials
  • Providing wider administrative and operational support as the business continues to grow

They are looking for someone with previous office or team support experience who is personable, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Prior search experience is not required.

The culture is one of the key selling points of the business — friendly, sociable and genuinely non-corporate, with a flat structure and open-plan working environment. The team is highly collaborative and hands-on, with a strong team mentality throughout the business.

Additional details:

  • Office hours are typically 9am–6pm with some flexibility
