We are partnering with a Series B, PE-backed RegTech and advisory business on the appointment of its first dedicated Legal Counsel hire. The business operates across two core service lines:
- A rapidly scaling SaaS platform focused on regulatory reporting and diagnostics within financial services
- A boutique consulting and advisory practice supporting firms across operational resilience, risk, compliance, and regulatory change
Founded by leaders from Big 4 consulting and the financial services risk space, the organisation has experienced significant growth since launch, more than doubling headcount in recent years. The business works closely with financial institutions to help navigate increasingly complex regulatory expectations and reporting obligations.
This is a newly created, standalone legal position offering broad exposure across both the technology and consulting sides of the business. The successful individual will act as the key in-house legal voice and business partner, working closely with the Co-Founders and senior leadership team.
