Crone Corkill is recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company for a Learning & Development (L&D) Professional with experience in Market Access Launches.
The role involves project lifecycle management before and after product launch, working with global stakeholders across L&D, technical, and Market Access teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing learning projects up to the pilot phase.
- Conducting global learning needs assessments.
- Supporting launch plans and post-launch milestones, analysis, and ongoing learning interventions.
- Gathering stakeholder insights to tailor learning support effectively.
- Collaborating with the global Learning team on project development, leveraging therapeutic and expertise knowledge.
