We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a temporary assignment. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle administration and HR casework within a busy school environment.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Location: Onsite
- Lead recruitment coordination, safer recruitment compliance and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain HR systems, payroll inputs, contracts, personnel records and onboarding processes.
- Manage HR casework including absence, probation, flexible working, employee relations and policy support.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and staff, providing practical HR guidance.
