Crone Corkill are currently seeking an experienced resourcing / talent acquisition partner to own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple global locations. This role plays a key part in shaping hiring strategy, elevating the talent bar, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, managing and closing vacancies.
  • Arranging interviews, shortlisting, and conducting role briefings.
  • Providing 360 feedback.
  • Mapping external markets, conducting competitor analysis, and identifying trends to help source and deliver strong talent pipelines across multiple locations.
  • Keeping our hiring bar high and being a talent consultant and brand ambassador to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Continually driving D&I best practice across all stages of the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with our talent acquisition team to build processes and implement best practices.
  • Being responsible for rolling out the localised processes and attraction strategy.
  • Meeting and consulting stakeholders regularly to understand priority roles, desired competencies, team culture, and other key success factors.
  • Utilising data in all aspects of your role to help plan, track, and manage roles.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting to inform key talent acquisition decisions and strategy.
  • Managing and tracking recruitment with the use of ATS system.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and solid experience as a senior recruiter/senior talent acquisition partner managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management; consulting and influencing stakeholders, with a passion for having conversations about all things D&I.
  • Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates.
  • Strong sourcing experience across multiple global locations.
  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience of tracking, monitoring, and reporting on recruitment campaigns.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential (both written and verbal).
