Reception & Office Coordinator

12-Month FTC | £27,000–£29,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised individual seeking to develop their career within a corporate office environment. Working alongside Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy and professional office. This is an excellent position for someone looking to gain broad experience across reception, client services, events, and office administration, with ongoing training and development provided. This would ideally suit an entry level candidate.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Responding to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Supporting a variety of administrative tasks across the office
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for use
- Supporting the arrangement of refreshments and catering for meetings and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
- Providing wider support to workplace and facilities operations as required
- Taking on additional responsibilities as part of your ongoing development
About You

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritise workload
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence using MS Office applications and an interest in developing technical skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, or an office-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential
Most importantly, you will bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within a professional services environment.
