Are you looking for a new and exciting Facilities Manager role based in the City? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Financial company for a Facilities Manager. Hours 7.30 - 16.30.
What you will do:
The role involves coordinating with consultants, staff, and contractors to serve the building's owners and occupants. You will oversee daily operations, managing a team of client and contract managers, while collaborating with the Facility Director and Landlord's management team to design and execute facilities strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with site documentation
- Budget management
- Health and safety compliance
- Maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Overseeing tenant moves and refurbishment projects
Additionally, you will represent the building and its owners professionally, ensure a five-star service experience for tenants and visitors, and be on-call to handle emergencies outside regular hours.
