Is this the role for you: Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking for your next opportunity within a leading global consultancy? This is an exciting ongoing temporary position, working as part of a collaborative Facilities team supporting a large corporate London office.
What you will do: As the Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. You’ll manage off‑site storage and archiving, assist with office moves and internal projects and maintain the security pass system. You’ll handle facilities requests and queries, report issues to contractors, complete regular building checks and produce weekly reports. You’ll also help coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange assessments and support the Facilities Manager with various administrative and operational tasks.
What you will need: You’ll have proven experience in a similar Facilities or Office Services role within a corporate or professional services environment. Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You’ll be proactive, highly organised and confident dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
