A leading provider of professional training and education is seeking a capable and enthusiastic Administrator to join its Education Services team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments, supporting senior leadership, and being at the heart of day-to-day operations.
About the Role
This role provides essential administrative support across a wide range of activities including:
- Welcoming students and visitors and managing the front-of-house reception area
- Supporting professional course administration and student communications
- Assisting with calendar coordination, meeting bookings, travel arrangements and events
- Providing operational support to senior leaders and educators
- Managing office supplies, post, and general office administration
- Assisting with student resources, notices, exam schedules, and feedback collection
You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and supporting a high-quality learning experience for students.
