What you will do:
- You will provide comprehensive EA support, managing a complex diary across multiple time zones and arranging extensive travel, including private aviation and chauffeured transport.
- You will take the lead on organising high-profile events and dinners, managing VIP guest lists, and liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and contacts.
- You will act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion, and undertake detailed research across a wide range of topics to support the principal’s decision-making.
- Flexibility will be key, as priorities may change at short notice.
What you’ll bring:
- You will have proven experience supporting at the highest level, with strong tenure in a similar role.
