About the Role

Seeking a highly capable, discreet, and organised Executive Assistant to act as the trusted right hand to CEO. This is not your typical EA role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can juggle business priorities with personal projects seamlessly.
You’ll play a pivotal role in optimising the CEO's time, managing complex schedules, and ensuring operations — both professional and personal — run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage high-priority meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-up.
  • Organise complex international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper and trusted advisor to the CEO.
