Executive Assistant to CEO & Senior Leadership Team
£75,000 | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH after probation)
A highly regarded investment firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO and two senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a pivotal, highly visible role where you'll act as a trusted right hand, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll be supporting an ambitious leadership team that values professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management.
- Extensive travel coordination and itinerary planning.

- Supporting the wider office team to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business when required.

The package:

- 9:00am–6:00pm
