Executive Assistant to CEO and C-Suite within a high-growth media and investment business based in the City of London. A founder-led, fast-growing business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a senior-level support role within a high-performance environment where pace, ownership, and discretion are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for the CEO and senior leadership team
- Acting as gatekeeper and managing competing priorities
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups
- Supporting strategic and high-priority projects with speed and accuracy
- Managing domestic and international travel and logistics
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Providing discreet business and private support where required
- Ensuring leaders are consistently prepared and one step ahead
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience supporting CEO or C-suite executives
- Experience in media, creative, start-up, venture, or fast-growth environments preferred
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Emotionally intelligent and confident managing up
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong technical capability across Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools
- Trusted with sensitive information and high-pressure decisions
