We’re hiring on behalf of a highly respected global investment and technology firm for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to a variety of senior executives (5 VPs in total). This is a unique opportunity for a confident, organised, and proactive EA to step into a high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
What you will do:
- Manage demanding schedules
- Organise detail-sensitive meetings
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries
- Support high-level projects
- Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
You’ll be working closely with EA managers and team leads, learning executive preferences and adapting quickly to varying support needs as assignments arise.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of five years' relevant experience
