We are recruiting an experienced Corporate Secretary to join a highly respected, long-established London law firm. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy Corporate team, working closely with several fee earners and playing a key part in ensuring efficient, high-quality legal administration.

What you will do:

  • Support multiple fee earners across the Corporate team
  • Manage dictations
  • Prepare and format documents
  • Handle client onboarding
  • Conduct AML and KYC checks
  • Process payments
  • Draft bills
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Liaise with clients and third parties
  • Conduct sanctions checks
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Support reception on a rotational basis

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ legal secretarial experience, ideally within a corporate team
  • Strong document production skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Proficiency in legal software such as Word, iManage, BigHand and Workshare Compare
  • Highly organised and solutions-focused
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines while providing a polished, professional service
