You will be the face of the company and the ‘go to person’ for a team, for supporting visitors whilst offering overflow secretarial support.
Main duties will include:

Meeting and greeting clients

Managing the allocation of six meeting rooms and organizing refreshments

Answering and triaging calls

Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Audio and copying typing – preparing letters, emails, memos

Diary management

Arranging travel for visitors & staff
