Are you a receptionist looking for part time work / shorter hours in the day? My client, a successful global business based in the heart of the City of London, is looking for a receptionist/Office Assistant to work 3 days per week, 4-6 hours a day from 9am.
Duties will include:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
- Handling in-person, phone, and online inquiries.
- Providing refreshments to guests.
- Ordering supplies and liaising with service providers.
- Assisting with IT and HR.
- Assisting with client events.
