Description of Role
Office Manager within a high-growth media and investment business based in the City of London. A fast-growing, founder-led business is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day running of their London HQ. This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a high-performance environment, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to creating an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the day-to-day running of the London HQ
- Acting as the central point of contact for building management, suppliers, contractors, and office services
- Managing office inventory, ordering, and budgets
- Ensuring the office is consistently stocked, organised, clean, and welcoming
- Managing meeting rooms, room setups, and hospitality
- Supporting employee experience and wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics, including IT, access, and workspace setup
- Supporting internal events, town halls, and office-based activities
- Acting as the go-to person for all office-related queries and problem-solving
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an Office Manager or similar role
- Experience within fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
- Confident dealing with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Approachable, professional, and service-oriented
- Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
Working Pattern
- Office-based, in-person-first environment
- Four days per week in the office
