Is this the role for you: Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking for your next opportunity within a leading global consultancy? This is an exciting ongoing temporary position, working as part of a collaborative Facilities team supporting a large corporate London office.
What you will do:
- As the Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- You’ll manage offsite storage and archiving, assist with office moves and internal projects and maintain the security pass system.
- You’ll handle facilities requests and queries, report issues to contractors, complete regular building checks and produce weekly reports.
- You’ll also help coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange assessments and support the Facilities Manager with various administrative and operational tasks.
What you will need:
- You’ll have proven experience in a similar Facilities or Office Services role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- You’ll be proactive, highly organised and confident dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
