What you will do:

  • Provide comprehensive EA support, managing a complex diary across multiple time zones and arranging extensive travel, including private aviation and chauffeured transport.
  • Take the lead on organising high-profile events and dinners, managing VIP guest lists, and liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and contacts.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion, and undertake detailed research across a wide range of topics to support the principal’s decision-making.
  • Be flexible, as priorities may change at short notice.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting at the highest level, with strong tenure in a similar role.
  • Intelligence, resourcefulness, and independence, with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
