We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team of a growing pan-European organisation in the insurance and health services sector. This 12-month maternity cover role will play a key strategic position within the business, helping to drive priorities, manage complex projects, and ensure operational alignment across multiple entities in the UK and Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at Group Executive level, working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing key strategic initiatives within a fast-growing international organisation.
What you will do:
- You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, supporting strategic decision‑making and ensuring priorities across the leadership team are aligned with the wider business agenda.
- You will coordinate and oversee company‑wide initiatives, manage the day‑to‑day operations of the CEO’s office, and help streamline leadership processes and workflows.
- The role will also involve preparing board and shareholder materials, facilitating leadership meetings, representing the CEO in key engagements, and leading cross‑functional projects across multiple European markets.
