Is this the role for you: A fast-growing investment manager is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and two other senior leaders, alongside taking on wider office management responsibilities. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What you will do: As Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership’s schedules. In addition, you’ll oversee the general administration of the new Soho-based office, working closely with a close-knit team of 30 professionals. You’ll be a key point of contact across the business, playing a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and team culture.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone with proven experience as an EA, ideally within investment management or financial services, who brings first-class communication skills, exceptional organisation, and a strong sense of initiative. Confidence with PowerPoint and systems is important, along with the ability to juggle priorities, remain composed under pressure, and deliver with precision.
