My client is a leading global consumer brand based in Southwest London. They are looking for a highly organised and ambitious Brand Coordinator to join their award-winning global brand identity and design communications team.
As the Brand Coordinator, you will support the Brand Identity team in the delivery of key projects and events. You will build strong, functional relationships with the wider team in order to support them effectively. Working closely with the team you will help manage the Brand Identity calendar and support cross regional Brand team meetings by preparing briefs, tracking the budget against projects and results tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for Brand Identity initiatives across Europe and cross-regional projects and events.
- Assist the team in day-to-day activities including relationship management, brief preparation, KPI setting, project implementation and monitoring, results tracking and agency scouting.
- Coordinate planning activities such as calendar management, travel arrangement, organization of cross-regional Brand meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting summaries.
- Manage the budget process , including yearly budgeting, tracking, and vendor registration for London and Europe, as well as consolidating and providing central oversight of regional budgets on a quarterly basis.
- Build successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business, including managing the hiring and onboarding of freelancers.
Skills required
- 3+ years work experience in a similar role
- Industry experience: FMCG preferred (or large International Design or Architecture firm)
- Demonstrable project management skills with proven experience in budget management.
- Excellent communicator with a high level of cultural awareness, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and independent, with strong attention to detail and a talent for identifying capability gaps and transforming insights into actionable solutions.
To be successful as the Brand Coordinator you must be an expert in communications, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. You will be highly organised, with excellent time-management skills and enjoy being hands-on in a creative environment.
