A prestigious global investment firm is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to join its London office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This position will provide direct administrative and organisational support to a team of professionals within the Real Estate investment group.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings (internal/external)
- Arrange complex, multi-leg travel itineraries across time zones
- Organise and track logistics for conferences, investor meetings, and industry events
- Handle phone coverage and gatekeeping responsibilities
- Maintain contacts and interaction records using Outlook and Salesforce
- Maintain databases (CorpAxe) and assist with CRM updates
- Prepare and submit multiple detailed expense reports
- Coordinate video and conference calls
- Track team holiday and time-off schedules
- Support on ad hoc administrative and special projects
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial services, preferably supporting investment professionals
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
