- We are currently recruiting for
2 Temporary HR Administrators for an immediate start, for approximately 4 weeks.
- HR Administrator – Right to Work Project
- Support the transfer of approximately
500 contractors to the new Government Right to Work (RTW) checking platform.
- Issue invitations and links for contractors to upload their documents.
- Review and verify documentation and resolve any queries.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure checks are completed correctly and on time.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records to ensure the workforce is compliant with the
1 October deadline .
Experience required
Previous
HR or Recruitment experience , with a good understanding of passport and Right to Work checks .
Rate
£18–£22 per hour, depending on experience.
- HR Administrator – General Administration
- Provide general HR and administrative support.
- Assist with internal workforce checks, including
Driving Licence checks .
- Support the wider HR team with day-to-day administration as required.
Experience required
HR experience or knowledge preferred, although candidates with a more junior administrative background will be considered.
