The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to four senior stakeholders within the investment team.

This is a true business-partnering role where you will become a trusted right hand, managing priorities, protecting time and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Success in the role requires strong judgement, adaptability and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

You will collaborate with individuals who have different working styles and priorities, so emotional intelligence, flexibility and the confidence to challenge where appropriate are essential.

This role would suit a career EA looking for a long-term opportunity within a sophisticated investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and meeting management across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring time is managed effectively.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, itineraries and logistics.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage last-minute changes and competing priorities.
  • Provide light-touch support to the wider investment team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and financial markets.
  • Support occasional out-of-hours requirements, primarily travel changes and urgent communications.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Background within financial services, ideally investment management or a SME environment.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and solutions focused.
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and acting as a gatekeeper.
  • High levels of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence.
  • Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Interested in financial markets and keen to understand a sophisticated investment environment.

Most importantly, you will be ambitious, relationship-focused and looking for a long-term role where you can become a trusted and valued member of the team.

Why Apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key partner to a senior investment team within a high-performing firm.

You will gain exposure to experienced investment professionals, develop a deep understanding of the business, and can build a long-term career in a supportive, demanding environment.
