Corporate Paralegal London | Permanent The Opportunity A well-established, highly regarded London law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Paralegal to join its close-knit and growing Corporate team. The firm acts for an impressive range of clients, including major UK businesses, leading sporting organisations, established family-owned groups, entrepreneurs and investors. The Corporate team advises on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, providing the opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality, complex work within a collaborative and partner-led environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal looking to develop their transactional experience within a respected commercial law firm and play an integral role in supporting lawyers and clients across a varied workload. The Role Working closely with the Corporate team, you will provide hands-on support across a range of corporate transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting lawyers on corporate and M&A transactions, including preparing, organising and managing transaction documentation. Setting up and managing electronic data rooms, liaising with clients and other professional advisers to collate and review relevant documentation. Assisting with legal due diligence exercises. Managing company administration and post-completion matters, including Companies House filings, PSC registers and statutory company registers. Preparing completion bibles and maintaining transaction records. Drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and straightforward corporate agreements. Assisting with disclosure exercises on sale-side transactions. Collating conditions precedent on finance transactions. Supporting company incorporations and associated start-up administration. Assisting with corporate restructurings, group reorganisations and other corporate projects. Carrying out legal and corporate research as required. Maintaining transaction trackers, action lists and key dates. Coordinating document execution, including through electronic signing platforms such as DocuSign.
