You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure residents’ physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Carrying out assessments, developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
- Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, leading, motivating and mentoring this team to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home.
- Promoting our residents’ independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
- With a positive attitude, your energy and enthusiasm will encourage a supportive working environment.
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity.
