The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, theatres, medical and surgical wards, cardiac centre, CDU, urgent care centre, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, pharmacy on‐site, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and a new cath lab.
About The Unit

- PFO closure
- TAVI
- EVAR
- Prostate embolization
- Fibroid embolization
- Varicocele embolization
- Lower limb angiogram/angioplasties

- Cerebral angiogram and Cerebral aneurism embolization
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of IR, cardiac and neuro procedures as required by referring physicians according to departmental policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate significant evidence of cardiac expertise and angiographic knowledge to meet the expectations of interventional consultants.
- Accurately analyse the acquired data, record results and produce high quality images for reporting.
- Be fully conversant with the Radiology Management System, PACS, and the computerized method of patient and examination documentation.
- Have good understanding of clinical and non‐clinical governance, and adhere to hospital governance policies.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
- Angiography specific radiology qualification/certificate (desirable)
- Relevant post‐grad experience in an angiography lab (essential)
- PACS trained (essential)
- CT trained (essential)
