This is an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer to join our diagnostic clinical services in a purpose-built Specialist Diagnostics & Dental Centre. Featuring state-of-the-art facilities including MRI, CT, X-ray, and mammography, the centre will deliver a wide range of outpatient and diagnostic services across multiple specialities.

About the Centre

The Centre's secondary care services include muscle, bone and joint, orthopaedics, pain and spinal, dental and maxillofacial, breast and gynaecology, dermatology, cardiac, musculoskeletal, spinal, and urology, ENT. It can perform simple procedures onsite. The diagnostic centre houses the latest state-of-the-art technology:

  • 3T Siemens scanner
  • Somatom Force CT scanner
  • X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • A serene women health unit providing one-stop breast care services
  • Gynae unit

The centre provides rapid access to numerous specialities and is operational Monday to Friday 8:00am to 20:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 14:00pm.

Responsibilities

You will be a HCPC registered Senior Radiographer with significant post-qualification experience in MRI and X-ray. You will be part of a senior radiographers team and be responsible for delivering a high-quality, safe service and for providing world-class customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • BSc or DCR in Radiography with HCPC registration (essential)
  • Substantial MRI and X-ray experience (essential)
  • Desirably been Philips MRI trained in neuro, body, cardiac and ortho MRI
  • Demonstrable experience in Contract MRI (essential)
  • Use of RIS & PACS (essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and direct and achieve results
