To lead and support quality assurance initiatives across operational processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and continuous improvement in product and service quality. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in analysing process performance, identifying root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and process documentation in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive action initiatives (CAPA) for process-related non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce variation in manufacturing and service delivery.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, facilitating audit activities, and following up on findings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Provide training and guidance to operational teams on quality procedures and best practices.
- Maintain batch testing records and ensure all product documentation is validated and compliant.

Role Requirements:
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in a quality engineering or process improvement role, ideally within a regulated or ISO-certified environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, SPC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (desirable).
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred).
- Full driving license & willingness to travel.
