The role is responsible for supporting and managing multiple simultaneous IT change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and measurable benefits. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role partners with business stakeholders to promote project and change management best practices, tools and frameworks to ensure projects are successfully scoped, implemented and reviewed.

What you will do on a normal day:

  • Plan, manage and deliver cross-functional IT projects and business process improvements within defined scope, timeline and budget.
  • Create and maintain project documentation (charters, plans, risk logs, issue registers and status reports).
  • Track benefits realisation and maintain an up-to-date Benefits Tracker.
  • Coordinate and lead project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, IT teams and business functions to align on priorities and delivery milestones.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and define future-state operating models.
  • Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training and change enablement activities.
  • Support business case development and project governance processes.
  • Maintain visibility of the IT Project Portfolio, including progress tracking and reporting.
  • Support governance forums and adherence to control processes as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT, Business or a related field.
  • Project Management or Process Improvement certifications desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial tracking and resource allocation.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet or equivalent).
  • Ability to work across functions and with remote teams.
