We are looking for a Stores Assistant to work on one of our customer sites.
What will you do on a normal day?
- Contribute to the effective working of the onsite Maintenance and Consumables Stores.
- Stock replenishing and picking orders.
- Booking stock in/out via our computerised system.
- Ensure that all Vending Solutions on site are stocked with the correct level of product.
Business hours are Monday to Friday on 24 hour rotating shift 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00. An additional shift premium is paid for working twilight and nightshift.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Assist with Continuous Improvement project within Stores.
- Daily restocking of all vending machines on site.
- Accurately book out items from the stores.
- Receipt deliveries into computer systems within an agreed timescale.
- Work with management team to reduce Stock Outs to customer.
- Processing of returned items to the stores.
- Engage in Plant/Production Critical spares management process.
- Adhere to all stock management processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform any reasonable task in line with management instruction.
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
- Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development.
- Promote health and safety in line with Cromwell’s and Customer Health & Safety Policy within the site operation and report all cases of non-conformance.
