Marketing Project Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, development and retention.
Working across our UK business, you’ll lead the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand and with measurable results.

Acting as the link between Marketing and the wider business, you’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to turn ideas into successful campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Some of your key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage campaign timelines, priorities and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business and external partners to drive collaboration and campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and share insights to continuously improve future activity.
- Facilitate campaign planning, review sessions and project updates, ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Champion brand consistency across all marketing activity, ensuring campaigns align with Cromwell’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Previous experience managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting plans and progress to senior leaders.
- A collaborative approach, with experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- High attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
