Cromwell in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR support across UK and EMEA. You will partner with an HR Business Partner and support managers across multiple countries with practical guidance on people matters and adherence to local employment legislation and company policies.

Working with the wider HR team, you’ll handle employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and workforce planning, using people data to identify trends.
