About the role
As a Customer Envoy, you will travel around your area delivering products, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting branch warehouses.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area.
- Load, unload, prepare, and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Identify and visit new customers while increasing existing customer spend.
- Support the branch warehouse, including periodic stocktakes.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and progress opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Proactive attitude, good problem‑solving skills, and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Willingness to work across multiple branch locations as required.
