As an Analyst, you will join a talented and ambitious team in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will involve reviewing and analysing significant amounts of data to perform gap analysis, identify root causes, and determine recommendations. Present findings to the business to help lead initiatives. A key part of the role requires working with stakeholders to develop business-focused Power BI dashboards to automate reporting processes and drive actionable results. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to develop strategies that help the company meet customer service and finance performance targets. You will also bring a continuous improvement mindset to identify, recommend, and lead projects in a fast‑paced environment. You will be involved in various projects across the business, creating relevant reports for management and cross‑functional partner review, gaining deep knowledge of the Cromwell retail business.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse significant amounts of data to perform gap analysis, identify root causes, and determine recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights to business stakeholders to help inform decisions and lead initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop business‑focused Power BI dashboards that automate reporting processes and deliver actionable results.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to develop strategies that support customer service and finance performance goals.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to identify, recommend, and lead data‑driven projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Create and maintain relevant reports for management and cross‑functional partner review.
Qualifications
  • Analytical or mathematical background in a numerate discipline; STEM degree preferred.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to driving results.
  • Effective time‑management skills, able to balance multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Preferred experience creating and maintaining dashboards to drive and lead business initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboard software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets preferred, not required.
