We are looking for a Customer Envoy, the face of our business who travels around the area delivering products and maintaining customer relationships.
What will you do on a normal day?
- Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area
- Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle
- Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
- Support the branch warehouse by undertaking any reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stocktakes
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities
What are we looking for?
A driving license is required for this role. We’re looking for someone who has the passion and drive to succeed as an individual while having a proactive attitude with good problem‑solving skills. You should enjoy talking to customers and building relationships, working as one team and supporting other branch locations within your region as required.
