Our Customer Service team is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team to deliver a professional, credible and timely service which supports the needs of our customers, suppliers and stakeholders, whilst offering a best-in-class service with a first call resolution philosophy.
Your Role

What You Bring
- Previous experience working in fast-paced customer service, operations or telesales environments would be advantageous
- Proficient in phone-based customer service.
- Clear communicator with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail.
- Great Level of Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM experience preferred).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

Successful candidates will be required to complete 3 weeks training on joining. Required working hours during this time will be 8:30am – 17:00pm. Training is conducted online and in person and you may be required to be in the office more than 3 days per week. Following completion of training the Customer Service Advisor will be assigned an 9hr shift (including 1hr lunch break) between the hours of 7:00am and 19:00pm Mon – Thurs and 6hrs 30mins (30min lunch break) Fridays
Our next onboarding date will be 01/09/2025
Candidates successful following 1st round interviews will be required to attend an in-person interview at Cromwell HQ Leicester on 29th, 30th or 31st July 2025
