We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our highâperforming sales team and help expand and retain our customer portfolio. This fieldâbased role, located in the west of Northern Ireland, is a key part of our External Sales team and reports directly to the National Sales Manager. You'll engage directly with endâuser businesses, positioning TED as their complete solution for industrial, PPE, and engineering supplies and services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive branch sales by securing new contracts and nurturing existing ones.
- Meet defined sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Promote our growing product range and generate leads for new opportunities.
- Prospect for new clients within the territory and share relevant leads across other regions.
- Analyse current and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Strengthen and build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Manage your sales territory efficiently, maximising productivity and results.
- Agree and pursue a 12âmonth sales objective in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
- Maintain a structured call plan and accurately record all key information.
We're seeking resilient problemâsolvers with a proven track record in sales. You should be selfâorganised, goalâoriented, and driven to deliver results that benefit both the customer and the business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
